常规课程学费规定

1. 学期

小渔学堂每个学年分成三个学期：春季（一月/二月至六月），夏季（七月和八月），秋季（九月至十二/一月）。每个学期的学费必须在开学前全款付清。可以选择电邮付款，现金或支票。

2. 试听课

小渔不提供免费试听课。课程开始前需要支付全款。第一课以及第二次课后如果学生觉得课程不适合自己，可以选择退课。扣除已经参加的课，剩余的学费全部退还。

3. 退课、调课、出席、缺席和补课

小渔希望学生按照教学计划完成所有课时，

第一次课开始前退课：学费全额退还，同时收取$60手续费；
第一次或者第二次课后退课：扣除已完成课时的费用，剩余学费退还；
第三次开始后，不再退课。

小渔希望学生按照教学计划完成所有课时，如果缺课不可避免，学生可以到平行班补课。没有平行班的课程，阅读老师的课堂内容并完成作业，下一节课上课前或课后找老师答疑。

4. 付款方式

接受的支付方式包括 Email Transfer, 在线信用卡支付, 支票，AlphaPay人民币支付 (RMB to CAD)。

5. 折扣

只有付课程全款（不包括有缺课计划的）的学生，可以享受小渔推广折扣，包括早鸟折扣计划。每门课只能享受一种折扣，不能叠加使用。

6. 课程取消

小渔在某些情况下（比如极端天气、老师的身体状况、辩论赛任务等）改期或取消课程。小渔会对取消的课时进行退费。

小渔学堂保留因招生不足而取消课程权利，已经报名的学生全额退款。

Regular (weekly) Tuition Policies

(Effective immediately on all new enrollments)

1. Tuition Periods

Keen on Learning ’s academic year is divided into three semesters: Spring (January/February to June), Summer (July and August), and Fall (September to December/January). The tuition must be paid in full before the the first lesson of a course starts. The acceptable payment options are eTransfer, cash or cheque.

2. Trial Lesson

Keen On Learning doesn’t provide free trial lessons. Full payment is required for enrollment before a course starts. If the student does not intend to continue with the course after attending the first or first two lessons, the student gets a refund of the remaining tuition. The completed lessons are charged.

3. Withdrawal, Attendance/Absence/Makeup lessons

Withdrawal before the course starts: get a full refund, $60 handling fee will be charged;
Withdrawal after the first or the first two lessons: get a refund after deducting the completed lessons;
Withdrawal is not allowed after the 3rd lesson starts.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled lessons. If absence is unavoidable, take the parallel class if there is one. For lessons that doesn’t have a parallel class to make up, read the teacher’s notes and finish the homework. Before or after the next class, ask the teacher if the student has any questions.

4. Payment Methods

Promotion discount including the early bird discount only applies to the student who pays the course tuition in full (without planned absent class) . Discounts can not be combined.

6. Class Cancellation

Keen on Learning might cancel or reschedule lessons in certain situations, which includes extreme weather, teacher’s health condition, teacher’s unexpected debate tournament tasks, etc. Student will get a refund for lessons cancelled by Keen on Learning.

Keen on Learning reserves the rights to cancel class for no enough registration, all registered students will get full refund.
